We want you to have a smooth shopping experience at Zoya Bazar. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition

  • It must be in original packaging with all tags intact

  • Unboxing video is mandatory for all return or exchange requests

  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required

Returns without an unboxing video will not be accepted.


How to Request a Return

Do not send products back without approval.
Once approved, we will share return instructions.


Return Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer

  • A fixed return fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount

  • No restocking fee is charged


Damaged or Wrong Product

Please check your order immediately after delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • A wrong item

Contact us immediately with:

  • Unboxing video

  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will evaluate the case and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personal Care products

  • Used or damaged products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Products without unboxing video

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards


Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only if:

  • The product is damaged

  • The wrong product was delivered

Unboxing video is compulsory for exchange requests.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • If approved, refund will be processed to:

    • Original payment method (UPI, card, net banking), or

    • Bank account (for Cash on Delivery orders)

⏳ Refund processing time: 8 to 15 business days

Bank or payment gateway delays are not controlled by us.
